The idea is to have a script that logs two kinds of data:

  1. A TextDocument that contains a checklist of stuff to test when releasing.
  2. Any number of log calls of any kind that contain the data required to run the checks in that list.

This checklist will be an ever-evolving target: the point of this issue to get it bootstrapped to people can start making PRs on top of it.

This is really the basics: we really should upload the resulting rrd to
gcloud give a link to that in each PR etc, but one thing at a time.
