This would make it a lot easier to discover. We'd ofc still use the same components as in the Tensor archetype

New explicit archetype API for logging barcharts (#3400)

### What
Introduce a barchart archetype as a semantic helper instead of just
logging 1-d Tensors.

Update the view to use it, and add a couple small examples.

Resolves: #3327
