IS_IN_RERUN_WORKSPACE
We use this for analytics:
.with_prop("rerun_workspace", std::env::var("IS_IN_RERUN_WORKSPACE").is_ok())
It is set in .cargo/config.toml but when I run examples/python/minimal/main.py I see in PostHog rerun_workspace: false

EDIT: this is specifically for when you run via Python using e.g. just py-build && examples/python/dicom/main.py
