Last 1.3.16 sqlalchemy release breaks RERO-ILS tests. Waiting for Invenio to adapt invenio-admin regarding last SQLAlchemy release, we limit the version to 1.3.15 to avoid problems. Co-Authored-by: Olivier DOSSMANN <[email protected]>
