Describe the bug

Removing an e-mail in the user does not check in all organisations if there is still an e-mail communication channel.

See linked issue: #1580

To Reproduce

  1. Find a patron with e-mail, registered in 2 organisations, both with e-mail communication channel
  2. From one organisation, set the communication channel to mail
  3. ...and then remove the e-mail in the user
  4. See that it is possible. There is an inconsistency in the other organisation.

Expected behavior

Removing an e-mail in the user should check in all organisations if there is still an e-mail communication channel.

  • version: v1.4.6
