Added a check when running function "importAll"
this allows the importAll function to bypass the conditions set for existing systems when doing
a clean install and import from a git backup.

Previously items were being flagged as renamed since they existed from being pulled
from a backup, but then became undefined for no record existing of them, breaking the functionality.
