What does this PR do / why we need it:
I was looking at past issues and wanted to "close" #6778, but then remembered we discussed a while back about having a "Troubleshooting" FAQ guide in our documentation.
So this PR adds this page with some common issues we have seen so far.
We'll need to enrich this later on as we get other common issues.
