About The Project

This software is designed to communicate with Jellyfin media server for users who are currently watching movies, and then extract the corresponding movie posters. It then lets you push these posters to remote displays, effortlessly enhancing your home theater setup by showcasing what your family and friends are watching in real-time.

Getting Started

  • npm
    npm install npm@latest -g

Installation

  1. Get a free API Key at https://example.com
  2. Clone the repo
    git clone https://github.com/realashleybailey/postarr.git
  3. Install NPM packages
    npm install
  4. Enter your API in config.js
    const API_KEY = 'ENTER YOUR API';
