1.11.0-beta.12 - no dark mode anymore on Windows #537

Describe the bug
After installing 1.11.0-beta.12 the Workrave windows are in light mode, even though dark mode is still selected.

To Reproduce

Update from 1.11.0-beta.10 to 1.11.0-beta.12 (note that the automatic update does not re-launch Workrave, this is probably another issue)
Start Workrave again

Expected behavior
Windows are in dark mode

Windows Version: Windows 11 23H2
Workrave Version 1.11 beta 12
