wak version 24.10

This release features an improved makefile with tests. The record-reading code is rewritten to be cleaner and (I hope) correct. Several bugs have been fixed since the previous release. Thanks to Prof. Nelson H. F. Beebe of University of Utah for much helpful advice on the makefile and tests.

Version 24.8

This is the first versioned release of wak, an implementation of awk for Rob Landley's toybox project, and also a standalone version of awk.
