feat(ui): render NVTX timeline lanes

Summary

• render query-relative NVTX ranges and marks as timeline lanes
• add hierarchical domain and category filters plus viewport-scoped statistics
• place context-owned NVTX groups in the query resource tree while preserving the current long-entities UI
• extend timeline toolbar and wheel navigation behavior for the NVTX controls and lane rows

Stack

• depends on feat(nvtx): add context server routes #563 and feat(nvtx): wire viewers and timeline client #571
• this cumulative draft currently includes the server-routes and viewer/client waves
• it will be rebased as the preceding PRs merge

Verification

• pixi run pnpm --dir ui typecheck
• pixi run pnpm --dir ui lint
• focused NVTX client, lane, controls, viewport, and resource-tree tests: 16 passed
• complete UI unit suite: 650 passed
