Upgrade to V1.2.0

• [Spec] Define Versions: 0.1.0 till 1.1.0 UltraStar-Deluxe/format#31
• [Spec] Add #AUDIOURL, #VIDEOURL, #COVERURL, #BACKGROUNDURL UltraStar-Deluxe/format#22

Add these:

• VIDEOURL
• [-] AUDIOURL
• COVERURL
• BACKGROUNDURL

So the 1.2.0 spec doesent add these URLs.
I still think the VideoURL would be nice.

Maybe still just add the URL? Or add it in the #COMMENT?

@bohning How will you do it in USDB SYNCER? Maybe we can streamline it together.

Next Syncer release will have support for #VERSION (1.0.0-1.2.0). For 1.2.0, the Syncer will write #AUDIOURL, #VIDEOURL, #COVERURL and #BACKGROUNDURL, even if it is not in the official spec. They will and should be ignored by software that does not support them.
