I've always wanted this but, it would be great if we had links up the namespace tree near the top of the page.

So: ActiveModel::Attributes::ClassMethods becomes ActiveModel > Attributes > ClassMethods with a link to each name.

I suppose that having the "rubyish" fully qualified name somewhere is helpful, especially for searching. So it could go below the heading.

Render breadcrumb links for module's parents

This converts the name displayed at the top of each module's page into
breadcrumb links.  Each part of the name now links to the corresponding
parent module's page.

Closes rails#212.
