Dependabot hasn't been running for a while and many local dependencies haven't been updated
I was having some issues with installing nokogiri
1.6.6.4but installing1.15.4works just fineUpdating
activemodelto7.0doesn't mean we are dropping support for6.0, it just means that the local env will be using Active Model 7.0 while CI is confirming compatibility
