Extracted ref10 ed25519 and curve25519 from supercop-20140529.

Added code under ed25519 for curve25519-based signatures.

The files directly under ed25519 and curve25519 are pristine.

The 20140622 release of SUPERCOP has identical 25519 ref10 files.

"make curve" (doesn't compile currently) or "make ed".
