Trouble with collection names in custom client #4

I'm having significant difficulty installing my custom handin client. Here are the issues:

When I rename my collection as described in Section 4 (Client Customization), then install my package, DrRacket fails at startup with this error:

    Error invoking tool
     #<path:/home/nr/cs/50/grades/handin50/handin-tufts-comp50-2013f>;"client-gui.rkt"

     collection-path: collection not found
       collection: "handin-client"
       in collection directories:
        /usr/local/lib/racket/pkgs/installed/handin
        /home/nr/.racket/5.3.6/collects
        /usr/local/lib/racket/collects

Evidently even though my collection is renamed as per the instructions, something somewhere is looking for the collection under its own name.
