Request new parameter `nackOnRollback` in `RMQConnectionFactory#createConnectionFactory`

we are using Apache Camel JMS Component, previously we are using ActiveMQ, due to some reason, we need migrate to rabbitmq jms, current JNDI parameter could not support automatic dead-letter.

Describe the solution you'd like

support an additional parameter in JNDI resource parameter

f.setNackOnRollback(getBooleanProperty(ref, environment, "nackOnRollback", true, false));

An example Tomcat configuration for a ConnectionFactory would look like:

  <Resource name="jms/ConnectionFactory" type="javax.jms.ConnectionFactory"
            factory="com.rabbitmq.jms.admin.RMQObjectFactory"
            username="guest"
            password="guest"
            virtualHost="/"
            host="localhost"
            nackOnRollback="true"/>
