1.2.2 New history audit system

@haubourg haubourg released this on 27 Mar New history audit system. That evolution allows to use qgis plugin "pg_history_audit_viewer" to be able to search and restore old versions of features. For this, native history audit functions were fixed and extended to be able to audit views (most qwat edits are made through views)
