Completes the Herdr lifecycle stress validation left from the pure-Kun reconciliation. Exercised spawn, restart-binding recovery, husk replacement, and teardown in a named isolated lab; the reproduced defect - a fixed 5s contention budget that false-refuses concurrent recovery while a valid peer legitimately holds the lock - is fixed by waiting on the live lock owner at the shared acquisition boundary (PID-aware), not a larger timeout.
Review round hardened: deterministic pre-fix-failing regression synchronized on the contender's first failed lock attempt, and the background recovery process tracked in cleanup_all. Guarded real-Herdr E2E passed with captured transcript and logs; validation evidence recorded per docs/verification conventions.
Full no-mistakes pipeline green through push (9197081); PR opened manually on the known token limitation (signature check false-red expected).
