Fixes the long-command launch race by probing shell readiness, staging the launch in verified bounded chunks, and retrying or failing loudly on truncation.\n\nThe regression coverage includes the recorded env-scrub truncation signature, retry/refusal behavior, long marker wrapping, and the secondmate lifecycle fixture.
