Apparently LoggingContextHttpHandlerDecorator has a blocking call that was detected by BlockHound were running test suite.
This PR fixes the issue to ensure the reactive pipeline remains non-blocking.
We re-ran the tests to ensure the fix is non-intrusive, and also measured the performance (in terms of latency) before and after the fix, and observed a noticeable reduction in the idle time of main thread:
