The augmentation phase, atm, is also building a runner jar. From the build flow perspective, it'll be better to have a separate phase for building the runner jar as illustrated here https://www.lucidchart.com/publicSegments/view/74968ed9-ca66-4290-b259-4e27d5c99dd9/image.png
