Use f-string when formatting strings

Thank you for this beautiful curation of anti-patterns. I personally make sure to read it from time to time.

I noticed chapter **3.6 Not using dict keys when formatting strings** is outdated though. 
I believe we can improve it using "f-string". WDYT?
