I unfortunately won't be able to merge it for the time being, but I'll keep the PR open. The team is actively working on several API changes needed for us to start taking community contributions--please stay tuned for that. Adds vietocr (vgg19_bn CNN + Transformer, Apache-2.0) — fills the gap of no Vietnamese OCR in the catalog. VietOCR is the most widely-used open Vietnamese text recognizer.
AI Hub validated on Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (compile + profile + inference): recognition backbone 4.5 ms, 100% NPU (25/25 ops, 0 CPU), on-device inference PSNR 75.1 dB.
perf.yaml/release-assets.yamlomitted (scorecard/release CI generates them).
