Since @NaNgets gave up #8, I've tried to pick up the slack.
This only addressed the concerns in the comments made by various people. You'll probably want to give it yet another look.
Shoutouts to psql(1) and develmail making this bearable without an actual e-mail setup and without being able to properly register new users.
