Add NFT support for Qtum Qt Wallet.
Log event need to be enabled in order to use NFT token.
The feature can be used from
mainnet,testnetandregtestmode of Qtum in the Qt Wallet.For
mainnetandtestnetthe contract is present, so no additional configuration needed. Forregtestthe contract need to be created and set with
-nftaddressparameter.
