executorch.examples.models.llava.image_util deleted in PR #10794

🐛 Describe the bug

While testing Llava runner on MacOS on a M1 MacBook Pro, based on the ReadMe, running 'python -m executorch.examples.models.llava.test.test_pte llava.pte' ran into errors:

Turns out image_util file was deleted in PR #10794
