Resolves: #5

  • updated Python version to 3.7+
  • added pyupgrade, yesqa, flake8 plugins, pycln and mypy pre-commit hooks
  • added flake8 config
  • fixed all flake8 plugins errors
  • added typing for whole project
  • updated dev dependencies
  • Included Fix UnicodeDecodeError for non-English users #6 in changes
  • moved coverage config to pyproject file
