json pointer array indexes

It seems our resolve_fragment method does not have the ability to look up indexes within a list.

We need to add some tests to the suite for this as well.

Added tests in the suite json-schema-org/JSON-Schema-Test-Suite#38 , will send PR with fix in a moment.
