Note: errors in Travis CI are due to python-control issue #194. Code compiles correctly and all (slycot) unit tests pass. |

This PR updates
slycotto version 0.3.3 insetup.pyand themeta.yamlfiles in the conda recipes. It also updates the README file to copy over changes from (now incompatible) PR #22 and sets up a new variableslycot.__version__.Someone (@repagh? @roryyorke?) should do a quick check on this PR and then we can merge and release v0.3.3.
The changes in v0.3.3 over v0.3.2 are:
