I think we should wait until googleapis/python-bigquery#308 is merged and released so this doesn't add a ton of subdependencies.

I think this is currently blocking #8671 from landing, which means the Python 3.10 classifier isn't making it to live.

Do you know when that fix is going to land?

Just merged the dependency update. I'll cut a release today. googleapis/python-bigquery#301
