Build problem at travis-ci.com

I use travis-ci.com to build my Advanced GAM tool with pyinstaller; a build last night succeeded. Today, I build a new version but when I run my program I get the following.

I appreciate all help that anyone can provide so I can move forward.

Which is either Ubuntu or Travis CI itself. Seems like you need to ask at https://travis-ci.community/c/languages/python/50.

By adding setuptools <= 60.6.0 to my pip requirements file everything works. 60.7.0 causes the error.
