Add live divergence statistics #3547

This adds to the progressbar description the number of divergences, if available. It should show up for either single core or parallel sampling, and I think it will not effect population samplers.

Here's a preview of what it looks like.

(to be clear, the utility of this is in slow sampling models that are mostly divergences, you can quit early)
