This is a continuation of #66 that would actually start to use the PPC which was integrated into Pylon.

  • make it possible to build a parity version of PPC to APF during npm i
  • switch Pylon to use PPC (filespace)
  • switch Pylon to use PPC (namespace)

Start to consume generated PPC (filespace)

- PPC is now loaded on client side instead of pre-generated APF (client.ppc)
- PPC still uses apf  namespace for smooth transitioning
- Elements loaded as ppc/elements/element
- Removal of pre-generated APF library
