The
flagsargument tore.sub()was accidentally passed positionally in the place of thecountargument intests/test_settings.py. Fix this by passing it as a keyword argument, which additionally fixes aDeprecationWarningin Python 3.13+ due to passingflagsand/orcountas positional arguments.
