We should remove this line for now, number is subject to change based on what's actually in our bank account after budgeting next semester. We'll just roll with it ⚰️

We should figure out what this form is gonna look like (and put a link to it here), Google Forms is evil, maybe we can do something on grants.purduehackers.com or similar and just have a basic export to csv for review. Also is the form where they put the project proposal? It seems a bit strangely worded right now. Do we want to have a project proposal template?
