Expanded default search glob for plans, so that they are found in subfolders of the plans folder as well. Bolt is already able to load plans from subfolders.

Thanks for your first-ever puppetlabs PR! Anything like this that makes Puppet Strings more useful for everyone is always welcome. In the future, we recommend creating a feature/topic branch on your fork to hold your changes. This keeps your master branch clean and easy to update with the latest from our master branch down the road.
