pulumi-azure-native-sdk has >150k tags which I suspect is contributing to Renovate failing to run (#4412 (comment)). (This page won't even load!)
We don't need to tag prerelease Go SDK versions -- they can always be referenced directly by SHA.
I'd like to follow up by deleting the existing prerelease tags to see if that helps at all.
