Program Memory

A2DP uses quite a lot of program memory!
Therefore it is critical that you select a partition scheme that provides enough of it: If you select one with only 1.2 MB for APP, this will not fit and you get an error message!
In Arduino this setting can be found in the Tools Menu and I suggest that you select e.g. Huge App.
