Eligibility: Raul has joined the EF P2P Network team in April, 2025. He is the team lead of the p2p network team at the EF. He contributed on a lot of things as you can see in the list below, especially on the leadership tasks.

• DAS vision and roadmap
• (Co-)driving PeerDAS v1.x and PeerDAS v2 projects.
• EIP-7892: Blob Parameter Only forks
• engine_getBlobsV3 to enable cell-level reconciliation, paused until Gossipsub partial messages is introduced.
• PeerDAS hardening and edge case analysis
• Sparse blobpool design and prototyping, rooted in the early cell staging sketch (now deprecated). Upcoming EIP + post.
• Gossipsub partial messages design with @MarcoPolo.
• DAS tooling work, e.g. eth-das-guardian, upcoming dasmon (continuous custody monitor), column checkpointing, bandwidth estimation.

• Setting up and organizing go-minp2p (a minimal libp2p-compatible networking library for Ethereum).

• Starting early R&D for ethp2p: the next-gen networking stack purpose-built for Ethereum.
