Summary

• Bumps Sentry 6.3.2 to 6.5.0
• 6.5.0 ships the new Sentry.OpenTelemetry.Exporter package (feat: Add support to send OTEL traces via OTLP getsentry/sentry-dotnet#4899), which is a host-side feature; prosody-cs requires no code changes.
• As a library, prosody-cs never calls SentrySdk.Init — it only uses SentrySdk.IsEnabled + CaptureException, both stable across 6.3 → 6.5.
• Host apps that adopt the new OTLP exporter will automatically get prosody's existing ActivitySource spans linked to Sentry traces
