Be able to specify source IP

For at least TCP and ICMP checks, it'd be useful to be able to specify source IP address

@brian-brazil would you see the source IP address specification as part of the module configuration (as a sibling to PayloadSize and DontFragment) or as something attached to the target specification?

The latter would allow flexible probing without configuration file generation.
