  • Retire the Eclipse and Egit content

Context

Eclipse has a 14.4 % usage rating in the Stack Overflow 2019 survey. It is 8th in the list of most popular development tools.

Takes care of one item on the list at #1205 but does not close it as there are other items still to do.

Relevant quote from Ben:

As we noted in 1144, the "Git in Other Environments" section needs updating. In particular, according to the Stack Overflow Survey, Eclipse is no longer one of the top environments in use. I propose we take the following actions:

Update the "Visual Studio" section to the 2019 version
Retire the "Eclipse" section
Possibly add sections for the following editors, which are at the top of the popularity list:
    VS Code
    Notepad++
    Sublime Text
    Vim
    InteilliJ and friends (RubyMine, WebStorm, etc.)
