A huge metaissue about discussing the Kepka extensibility via plugins (based on Qt Plugins or another).

The current ideas for plugins are next:

  • Autocomplete plugins (e.g. for hashtags);
  • Custom protocols (like Matrix, etc, partially related to Modularize MTProto #30);
  • Custom chat actions in context menu / chat information;
  • Additional attachments from MTProto (location, video / round video, photo from camera, geolocation);

This list will be updated.

This commit adds the simple logic for numeric hashtags (like #30) and
suggests the URL to Kepka's issue. Right now the link generation is
stupid and does not respects the actual existence of issue.
