Is this property documented? I didn't find it but maybe I overlooked it? If it's not documented, I can open a separate issue about that gap and not slow this PR from merge.

@tdcmeehan the test failure is unrelated and is disabled in master now via #25421. Do you want me to rebase this PR on master or can we merge this PR?
