[docs] Add JavaScript client to documentation

Description

Add the JavaScript Presto client to the Presto documentation.

Motivation and Context

Builds on the work in #24425 to make the JavaScript Presto client visible in the Presto documentation the same way that #24425 made the python and Go clients more visible to Presto users.

While I was discussing #24425 with @ethanyzhang, he mentioned the JavaScript client, so I'm adding it to the Presto doc.

Documentation.

Test Plan

Local doc builds, clicked on all links to verify they work and take the user to the intended destination.
