A recent drift version upgrade ended up removing dependency path for netty-all that led to NoClassDefFound errors. This is a temporary rollback until we have a forward fix.

Closing this since EasyCLA checks won't pass for the account email I have fixed, apparently it only works on newer PRs and opening #19934 in place of this. |
