Local doc build fails with
"Running Sphinx v4.4.0
Sphinx version error:
The sphinxcontrib.applehelp extension used by this project needs at least Sphinx v5.0; it therefore cannot be built with this version.
make: *** [html] Error 2"
Related to PR #21708.
Ran git merge master, then the doc build ran successfully.
Reviewed local doc build and the doc looks good. Update the PR and re-request my review.
