Description

Pixi is great for robotics and we had "some" documentation but this new document should link everything together and give a general overview. This can be used for people to share Pixi with ROS users.

How Has This Been Tested?

Read it myself in the pixi run docs mode.

#### `pixi-ros`

[`pixi-ros`](https://github.com/ruben-arts/pixi-ros) can be used to quickstart a ROS workspace.
This project can initialize a workspace with the correct RoboStack channels and ROS dependencies, and generate `pixi.toml` files for ROS packages.
