docs: Mention glow for viewing markdown in the terminal

https://github.com/charmbracelet/glow has a couple of advantages:

• windows support
• looks nicer than md-tui in our current setup
• supports text output as well next to TUI mode which might be nice if you just want it rendered in some way

i still found some other issues though:

• Width is not correct in --tui mode when passing markdown file via stdin charmbracelet/glow#805
• Links in tables are not rendered in --tui mode charmbracelet/glow#806
• Unwanted whitespace in beginning when using --tui charmbracelet/glow#807
